Computer offers both desktop and laptop repairs and upgrades.
We perform a comprehensive 35
point check of each PC. (Most shops only perform a 5-10
point check). We also can give you trial
or "lite" versions of software to help keep your machine run smoothly
and enhance your productivity.
We can
fix
practically any problem with your desktop computer. (Sorry no Mac's at
this time). We offer both on-site work and at our shop.
However; we always recommend in-shop work because can do a much more through job
and have access to additional parts and test equipment. (Service calls outside the Sterling and Rock Falls area
are subject to travel charges.)

 We
primarily do hard drives, memory, screen, and keyboard replacements in addition
to anything
software related.
Disclaimer:
Due to the proprietary nature of laptops; some
issues may require the laptop be sent back to the manufacturer
for parts or repair. You may wish to utilize your manufacturers
warranty (if you have one) fix hardware related issues. We may
not be able to obtain all parts for all makes and models of laptops but
we promise to do our best!
